Charl2323
I got a 1922 silver dollar peace coin at a garage sale in an old box with a bunch of old stamps inside, after looking at the coin I can't tell if its high/low relief and if the black stain and markings on it are from casting or picked up over the years, it was stored in a plastic case when I found it. Greenstang
That is the normal relief for a 1922 peace Dollar. The black stain is probably a carbon spot. Not uncommon on silver coins.
JKK
Looks like it was a good strike. That's probably what makes it seem high relief, since so many Peace dollars were so weakly struck.
