question on toning on these quarter.

I don't see a question, but in anticipation of what I'm guessing you want to know the answer is no that toning doesn't add any value.  In fact if it was possible it would be less than face value.

you know me so well.. lollol . thank you.. just making sure there wasn't any dd or if maybe the toning would add any value to the quarter's.. I take it you don't like my very pretty quarter.. lollol..  

I add pictures to my 1982 posting and i think it has ddo?? can you check it out for me?? thanks

So there's another state quarter with that dark toning that keeps showing up. First time I've seen it on a 1997, though. While my sample size is ridiculously small, state and later quarters seem to tone in that way in remarkable numbers. Anyone have a hypothesis?
