Why is it impossible to add to a collection? I got one note added on to my account and now I can not add any more. I can verify the note but the site refuses to allow me anywhere to add to the registry the notes I have acquired since putting the 1st in.

Sounds like a problem that can only be addressed by NGC, I suggest that you call customer service in the AM.  Or you could also post your question on the "ask NGC" section of these chat boards.
