1937 P wheat cent grade 65? 0

Looking for a grade on this 1937 wheat cent my guess would be 65 maybe

Going just from your photos I would say AU58 as there appears to be rub on the cheek and lower jaw line.  If its better than what it seems in the photos then MS63RB is my call, 37's come very nice.  Your coin has a strong strike but has to many nicks, ticks, and spots to grade higher imo.
