Error coin i cant find listed anywhere 0

I found a penny where the front was all scratched up but noticed it was a Lincoln penny but the date said 1771 automatically threw up a red flag in my head so i took it home and right to the microscope i went.  Now ive seen double dies double minted but this coin i asume is one of a kind.  There are "s's" and "d's everywhere.  So please look at these pics and givr me your oppions plessr and thank you
