Real or fake?

So I’ve been reading a little bit about ancient coins trying to determine if they’re real or fake. Two things jumped out at me about this coin: the irregular patina around the high points, and the grainy texture of the surface of the coin. Although I must admit I was unable to find a similar die pair. Is this a fake coin?  If it’s a fake could it still be worth anything? Thank you for your time.

These are other pictures the seller took. I noticed a mold crack below lasichamus’s neck at his hairline near the edge of the coin, as well as what appears to be rim filing hiding a mold marrying.
