Unfortunately, that is not a doubled die. It is a type of doubling that is common to plated coins, like the '43 zinc plated steel cents and post-1982 copper plated zinc cents.

From the photos there is a slim chance that this is a late die state DDO-001 1-O-V-CW from K-3, a slim chance.  As to value you would have to have it verified and then graded all of which will run you around $100 best guess; it would then be worth maybe $50-$75 to the right buyer in this condition.  Keep in mind that most people that want these minor varieties tend to be the kind of collectors that prefer to find one themselves not buy one so finding a buyer might be difficult.  As is without the verification or TPG grade its worth $.01

 

Again I cannot stress enough that I'm not an expert in these minor varieties and determining this from photos is very unreliable, so you would need to have this confirmed by an expert that can examine the coin in hand.
