Everything you have listed so far can be attributed to damage of one sort or the other. It is only an error if it happens during the striking of the coin. Anything that happens after that is considered damage. If there are scratches, dings, stains, distorted letters, bubbles, extensive wear etc. on a coin, these are all damage. If you want to learn what real errors are, go to a website such as error-ref.com. It is very hard to find an actual error in everyday pocket change as there are probably thousands of people looking for them so knowing what a true error should help you distinguish between damage and an error.
