A quick question about Variety Plus submissions

I like to collect Accented Hair Kennedy halves. Does this variety require the extra $5 for grading? Thanks.

I don't believe that it does, but you'll probably get a quicker answer if you post this to the Ask NGC board.

I believe the variety plus is used when you want it attributed to a reference guide like Overton for Bust Halfs.

NGC will attribute the Accented Hair variety to 1964 Proof Kennedy Halves at no additional charge.

Cool, thanks. What about the pointed tail nine 1964 Roosevelt dime? I'm pretty sure that this one does require the additional $5 since it's not that well known, (and currently very low NGC pop). Is that correct?
