Hey guys...wondering if this is 1868/8 or not? Sorry for not great photos.  Also how could I remove the green on the back? And if it is anything special, is it worth grading. Thanks for all y’all’s excellent assistance every time!

Hear is a picture of an 1868/8 you can compare yours too. I don't see the doubling on the first 8 and 6 on yours.
