After a long winded with a lot of pictures discussion on the DISCUSSION board at VW2

this coin has been identified as a

VAM-1AG IV1 - D1a (Scribbling Die Scratches) I-2 R-5 (Zerbe die) coin 

This coin looks to be in an earlier die state ( EDS ) compared to the ones pictured as a LDS on VM
as this coin has NO DIE CRACKS
