New here and have 2 questions regarding an opened box 2019 ASE submission:

1. Can I send in the COA to have it encapsulated even though the shipping box is opened? Instructions seem to say that the shipping box needs to be unopened to have the COA added to the NGC label, but do not specify if encapsulation is possible with the shipping box opened

2. Should I mail in the blue storage box along with the coin + certificate? Is there any benefit to doing so if the shipping box is already opened? If not, then is mailing the coin in its capsule (in a box/envelope) sufficient?

Thank you.  Send the COA along with the coin, not in the blue box.  Hand write a note on the submission form to encapsulate the COA.
