Express tier submissions 0

Just a quick question about express level submissions.
 

 I recently submitted a coin for express tier grading and NGC received it Monday.  I wrote express level on the outside of the package hoping it would make its way into sorting/grading a bit faster than regular tier coins.  I’ve gathered through reading the forum that submissions tend to sit in the mailroom for at least a couple of days.  Is this true for all packages.  Even ones labeled for express tier grading?
