Hello everyone. I am a beginner in coin collecting so i dont know mich about coin errors. I recently bought about 600 pcs of Lincoln one cents. I found an odd looking one. Could anyone please tell me about it? If you look at the sides especially at the L in Liberty its as if an extra layer has been pressed on it.

As you can see here the upper coin has normal straight edges on the inside and the lower one is as if a filling was curving upwards on the inside edge and its a complete ring . this is not a deterioration at all.

Thanks l.cutler for verifying what is obvious to everyone except the OP.

Hate when somebody that is new to collecting and knows little about errors asks a question, given the answer, and then disputes it. Oh well just added another name to my "do not reply list".
