Receiving Delays 11 Days+ 0

USPS said that my five coin submission was received  in the PO on 11/25. The PO confirmed that my package was "Delivered" and Signed for on 11/26 @10:56 am

Still NOT logged in as "Received". Customer Service says they are just backed up.

I hope that overtime has been authorized for those employees who are available to earn some extra money for their Holidays

Well an other day has past without NGC verifying that they have my Five Coin submission in their "system"

Customer Service has finally requested that Receiving "look" for my submission, But still not showing as received in the NGC Real Time

system (???)

15 days + since USPS Delivered my 5 coin submission.

Good News, my submission is now in the NGC system.

Thanks to Lisa in Customer Service and everyone else who assisted me.
