Timing on Express

I sent in a coin to be graded and paid for express after seeing the “estimated” turnaround time was 2 days. The coin was received by NGC on 11/26 and since 11/27 has been stuck at  Grading / Quality Control.

Anyone else in the same boat or has anyone sent in an express coin since and already received grading?

Yes. 10 days now. Should get a refund to a lower tier. But they say they don't guarantee times. So express was a complete waste of money. I have a hard time believing they are doing these in order received for that tier. Had 2 coins in separate boxes get there the same day. I was graded in days and shipped back. This one, made it to grading status 7 business ago. No way it takes 7 business days to grade a coin
