A question about my graded Cleaned Mercury Dimes

The question I have is on some of the dimes that are UNC Details Cleaned, some of these Mercury Dimes are FB "Full Bands" but this is not on the NGC label. There are 2 types of dimes not full bands and FB.  I agree that they are cleaned but if they have the FB shouldn't that be listed on the label?  If the Mercury dime is full banded that should not be taken away for Details Cleaned, Scratches, damage etc.  Example an Mercury Dime 1925 S AU 55  is worth less than Mercury Dime 1925 S FB AU55 same exact grade 2 very different coins.  Therefore, If a 1925 S FB is cleaned, if it still has the FB should it keep the FB?  Shouldn't it be labelled 1925 S FB AU details cleaned?  I would appreciate any help or explanation.  Thanks Brad
