Looks like to me DD on E PLURIBUS UNUM and extra stroke. Not sure what it calls.

Really need help with any opinions?

Not DDO, it's MD. Looks like die chip under the wheel.

I believe it's called "incused machine doubling", basically MD on incuse features. Plus a die chip, as Greenstang says. Excellent images and annotations - I wish more posters here would so accurately point out what the heck they're talking about.
