I recently bought this coin and I discovered that it has a re-engraved reverse die. This is listed on VarietyVista's web site as RED-001.

I am trying to determine it's rarity and value.

What would it cost to resubmit it to have that added?

It's $15 for the variety attribution, which includes a fresh holder. There's also a $10 handling charge for all submissions.
