i'm brand new to all this....though it seems to me....with all the breakouts and resubmissions...

you could actually end up with MORE coins having been "graded", then were minted to begin with! (smile)

Welcome to the forum.

While I doubt it will be the case with the coin that’s the subject of this thread, there are a number of coins which do show higher graded populations than the number actually struck.
