double die 1965 Washington Quarter, possible double die? 0

New to this so I’m not sure if it’s a double die or if it’s called something else. Strange almost shadow like lettering behind the “in god we trust” text.  Could really use some feedback.

So what does that mean?

Actually I should have been a little more precise and called it DDD (Die Deterioration Doubling)

This when the die starts to deteriorate from constant use and the devices will develop secondary images.
