I have a 1937 wheat Penny that has Indian head imprinted on both front and back how much would it be worth

Most likely $0.01. However, without pictures, it is impossible to say with any authority.

Sounds like a counterstamp which adds no value but will need pictures of both sides to confirm.

Hard to tell anything from those pictures, way too out of focus. We have to be able to see the detail to make decisions. Cropping your pictures will increase size of coin and get rid of the unnecessary background but from what I can see, I'm 99.99 % sure it is some sort of damage. Wheat pennies did not have an Indian Head imprinted on them.

Not clear enough for definitive answers, but close enough. If I were you I would just assume it was a novelty worth little above face, and not invest any more time in sharper pics.
