Forum will only let me post one image due to size restriction. Quarter has clear error on top right corner which caused back side of coin to miss date. Looks like 1982, or 1983 p.

 

any value, if was found in loose change.

Looks like a retained cud on the reverse. The lack of presure where the die was broken resulted in poor fill on the obverse.  Pictures aren't the best but I think it is an 83.
