Greenstang Posted October 3, 2019 Share Posted October 3, 2019 (edited) I have seen damaged coins in Mint Sets before but they were damaged somehow after they were ejected from the striking chamber and before they were packaged so they are still classed as PMD. Sometimes they get caught in the crimping machine. I can see why you would question it though as it is unusual.
