Welcome to the Forum

Not sure what you mean by Dublin , I thought that was a city in Ireland. What you do have is MD ( Machine Doubling) on your coin. You don't show the MM but don't think you can have a Double D as the MM was not hand stamped in 1990 but was part of the die.
