It is impossible to tell anything from those pictures. Hard to even see what the date is. In order to help you, a  large clear picture showing the details of the area you think is doubled is required. Also you only not to show the picture once. Multiple photos of the same image does nothing.

Not a DDO, the first image shows die deterioration damage.  Coin also appears to have been slightly flattened.
