Hi,

I just received two NGC cased 2007 $50 Buffalo - MS 70 from a reputable online dealer. I went to verify the coins but photos are not available on NGC site. I also noticed strangely glued area along the case. Is this normal?

No that is not normal, there should be no gluing of the edges.  There are several reasons that this could have happened but I would think if someone cracked the holder, they would send it back to NGC to get reholdered. Could you take a clear photo of both sides of the coin and also one of the NGC Label. I'm not saying anything is wrong, just want to check.

Is it glue or are they physical scrapes? Either way, I think I'd send it in for a new capsule.

You may end up learning how reputable this dealer is when you seek to return it due to potential holder tampering.
