Sounds like you've already identified it.  It is part of a set of medals made by A B Sage of noted numismatists of the era.  Sage also issued medals for other landmarks.  They were produced starting with the Bushnell medal in 1864.  I believe there were 9 pieces in the series, Charles Bushnell, Henry Bogert, Jeremiah Colburn, Winslow Lewis MD, Frank Jaudon, William H Chelsley, Horatio N Rust, Robert J Dodge, and Paul Morphy.
