Small engraving on my quarter.. 0

I found a quarter from 1941. So I threw it aside to save, but after looking at it. It seems to have a very tiny inscription. 5 of 7 I think... 

 

Any information on this? 

 

I feel like it maybe just the feet wearing off making it look this way.

Your right, just wear. Still a keeper though as it is 90% silver.
