Anyone ever come across a set like this? I have had them for awhile now not knowing it's value or much about the set.

This is an one of a series of aftermarket sets produced by the Historic Providence Mint.

Franklin Mint also produced a similar series of coins.

As with most aftermarket sets, the value would be mainly  bullion as you can buy a set of the coins without the holder on eBay for  $5.00

As far as value, melt which for tiny pieces like these between 1 and 2 dollars for the whole set..
