I have a 1976 Eisenhower silver dollar type 2 no mint coin it's #4 on 100 most wanted us minted coins says only 2 known to exist with 1 being accounted for is that right

You're thinking of the silver proof dollar without mintmark, which is a great rarity. The coin pictured is one of more than 113 million clad dollars made at the Philadelphia Mint for circulation and is thus quite common.
