Packaging US Mint Modern Commemorative Coins 0

I am confused on packaging modern US mint coins.  Do i really need to remove Modern commemorative coins (i.e. PF and MS 2019 coins) from US Mint holders and place the raw coin in a non-PVC flip?  That does not seem like a good idea.    please advise

You can submit them in the Mint Capsules.
