I would call it the deviated septum variety.  Of course, it's probably the only one.

Well, Reme, I don't see a circle there myself, but if there is one, counting and rolling machines can make circular marks on coins.  When you see a circular mark on a coin, that's usually what caused it.....damage from a counting or rolling machine.  Those machines aren't made to damage coins, but they aren't really made not to damage them either.
