The pictures are a bit blurry, but the only doubling that I see looks like strike doubling. It does not appear to be a doubled die. And, it does look like a large date.

Agreed entirely with Bob's assessment.  He has this one just right.  He's also correct about the blurriness of your pictures......crisper images are much more helpful.
