Sorry to say, not rare at all they made 191.5 million of them and circulated ones like the one you have can be picked up for a quarter apiece or less.

Agree with Conder101.

Not rare at all as all 1943 Cent coins were made from Zinc coated Steel.

If you had one made from copper, then you would have a rare coin.
