Any one see this before? 1943 Penny (doesn't stick to magnet) slightly smaller than a real penny and says "copy" on the lower back side of penny. Any value or back story here?

It's exactly what it says, a "COPY" of a real coin.

No real value to it unless someone may collect them.

You can find them in numerous different coins although 

most of them are copies of gold coins.
