What’s up with this 1976 dime

The lettering entering the rim is a obverse shifted die - it is a very common occurrence

The picture is not good enough to figure out what the line is from 8 oclock to 4 oclock

I will try to take a better picture. The half circle line going from 4 to 8 is what I’m wondering about too.

Is that line flush with the fields or is it raised.

If it is flush then it is just a stain.
