Incorrect (Variety) Lowell ATB SILVER proof quarter

All of the mirroring that should be on the left side of the reverse of my Lowell silver quarter is missing. It's not there. Only the right ride mirroring is present. Anyone else seeing this? "Discovery piece"? It's still in the 5-coin "lens". (Boy, I hate that term!) The fields around the woman are brilliant/sandblast, not mirrored.
