I have a similar question about the Full Bell Line attribute for Franklin Halves. Variety Plus or just a regular submission? Also are there any plans to recognize the Bugs Bunny 55's in the future? Thanks... McCurdy

Full Bell lines, as well as other grade designations such as Cameo, Ultra Cameo, Red, PL, DPL, Full Steps, Full Bands, Full Torch, Full Head and others are done automatically as the coin is graded and free of charge. If you get a coin which you feel is a one of those designations already graded and encapsulated by NGC and you want it listed as such you will have to send it in for special designation and only then are you charged.

We have no plans to recognize the “bugs bunny” Franklin Half Dollar.
