1943 s Error coin?

Hello, I got this coin about 21 years ago with other uncirculated steelies and this was the only one with the errorss, at least I think they are errors, theres two on the back and the date and mint mark seem to be doubled, maybe it's one of a kind, tell me what you think and the correct terminology of the errors, thanks

The front is strike doubling. See how the 3 is too thin. The metal is just pushed sideways. The reverse could be a real error. The top looks to be a planchet flaw where metal fell off.  The planchet flaw can be noted by ngc but does not add much to the value. Cant tell about the bottom one
