Had this in some coins my dad gave to me years ago. I think I will look at all of them now.

If you are referring to the doubling on "Liberty," that looks like strike doubling, also called machine or mechanical doubling. It is caused, among other ways, by shifting of the die during striking. It is common enough that it doesn't command a.premium, but it is very interesting looking.
