1960 Lincoln Cent

The first place that I always look is the top curve of the "9." On a 1960 large date, it points to the base of the "6". On a small date, it points below the "6" ( I hesitate to say, "it points toward the mint mark," although it usually does, because the mint marks were still being punched by hand, and they may not always be in the same place.)

On your coin, the curve appears to be pointing just barely under the "6," and that was confusing me. So, I looked at the shape of the "0,"  the curve of the "6," and the shorter tails of the "9" and "6," and concluded that it was the small date variety.

I am not a small cent expert, by any stretch of the imagination, so you might want to wait and see if anyone else has an opinion.
