Cameos or not cams 0

Just how much "frost" on any coin is considered Cameo? I know deep cameo but if a coin has light frost both obverse and reverse, would it catch a grade of cameo?

I don't think that's something you can quantify. I think it is subjective, depending not only on the particular.grading company, but also the individual grader. What one grader might call Cameo, might be a just-miss with another grader. I have seen (and owned) coins that I took exception with - in both directions.
