Nope, that's a 1970-S Large Date.  I sell Small Dates fairly often.  Here's what you're looking for:

Look at the 9 and compare it to your coin.....the 1970-S Small Date has a very distinctly shaped 9, which I find to be the easiest diagnostic to discern between the two types.
