Same picture on 2 graded coins 0

I have noticed on NGC price guide, looking at the 1956 Roosevelt dimes both MS & MSFT (Full torch) they are the same identical coin for both.

How is a member to determine what NGC determines a full torch or regular high MS coin if they show the same picture for both coins?

I am confused as to send in my collection now of top mint 1956 dimes without the determination of their grading standard as to what "is" and what "is not" a full torch coin.
