That's a nice, red 1958 Lincoln Cent but you'd have to get an MS 66+ grade at least to make it worth certifying.  I don't think your coin would make it that high.  The pictures posted aren't the best, but I see several contact marks that would keep it from that high of a grade level.  Do you think you have a 1958 DDO?  Sadly, your coin is not that variety.  It's unmistakable.  Check out the photos Variety Plus and you'll see what I mean:
