I'm unsure as to what you are asking.  You do have a 1974-D and a 1974-S Lincoln Cent in Mint State grade.  Both of these coins are very common in Mint State.

It is really hard to grade from these pictures, or even from really good pictures, but I don't see either of these as grading higher than MS64.
