NGC performs variety attributions that cost $15 in addition to the grading tier fee. Be sure to check the catalog of eligible varieties to see whether your coin is included:

If you use the link that David Lange provided above, you can navigate to the page showing the cost of the different tiers. It's under the "submit" tab. The total cost of your submission will be more than just the cost of the variety attribution and the grading tier you pick.

 

The website will tell you what other costs are involved as well as who can submit coins.
