NGC does not offer opinions on value, but I can say that your coin appears to be improperly cleaned and has light wear.

Curious, ...  Would you buy a used car based merely on a photograph?  Although your photos show some(?) promise, the grading of older coins could make a ten-fold difference in the value of said coin that would only be determined by a qualified grading system (in person, with the coin). Just check the difference between an MS63 and an MS66 grade of your coin. And, even then, there are still disputes ...  (i.e., don't believe everything that you see (or read) on Ebay)  See some local dealers and join a club or two.  BTW, that 'errant prong' on one of the paper clips holding the coin in your photo is going to damage some other valuables you are trying to preserve.
