Thank you for your question.  NGC cannot make any type of determination from images, our graders would need to see the piect in hand.

Curious, ...  Would you buy a used car based merely on a photograph?  Although your photos show some(?) promise, the grading of older coins could make a ten-fold difference in the value of said coin that would only be determined by a qualified grading system (in person, with the coin). Just check the difference between an MS63 and an MS66 grade of your coin. And, even then, there are still disputes ...  (i.e., don't believe everything that you see (or read) on Ebay)  See some local dealers and join a club or two.
